When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us.

We use your information to fulfil and deliver your order, to send order confirmations, and to reply to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are processed by PayFast. Your card details are handled by PayFast and are never visible to or stored by Fayn Bodywear.

We share your delivery details with our courier so your order can reach you, and with service providers who help us send email. Getaway bookings are handled by Airbnb under its own privacy policy.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to orders@faynbodywear.co.za.
