How long does an order take?
Every piece is made to order. Please allow 14 to 21 days from payment to delivery. We may deliver sooner whenever possible.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with bust, waist and hip measurements in centimetres. For the most accurate fit, measure against your skin. Our fit guide explains how each silhouette is cut.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely by PayFast, by card or Instant EFT. Fayn Bodywear never sees or stores your card details.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery within South Africa is a flat rate, shown in your bag before you pay.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Please read our returns and exchanges policy for details on made to order items and faulty goods.
How do I book The Butcher's Broom Townhouse?
Visit the Living section and choose Book This Stay. You will be taken to Airbnb to confirm your dates and pay securely.
