Returns and Exchanges

Because every garment is produced after it is ordered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Our size guide and fit guide are there to help you choose well.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us at orders@faynbodywear.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty.
